We specialize in short-term rental management on Airbnb and Booking.com across central Athens and Piraeus. We help property owners earn more — and guests feel at home
We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Sales Manager / Client Acquisition Manager to help us bring new apartments into our portfolio.
What you’ll do:
- Find and contact property owners interested in short-term rentals
- Meet with them, present our services, and convince them to join Like Home
- Follow up until the apartment goes live on Airbnb or Booking.com
- Work closely with our photo, cleaning, and pricing teams
- Track your leads and results every week
What we’re looking for:
- Based in Athens, ready to move around the city
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with a “fixed salary + per-deal bonus” model
- Driver’s license or scooter/car access is a plus
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality
- A personal network of property owners in Athens
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools
Compensation:
- Fixed base salary + attractive bonus for every property you bring to the point of hosting its first guest
