We specialize in short-term rental management on Airbnb and Booking.com across central Athens and Piraeus. We help property owners earn more — and guests feel at home
We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Sales Manager / Client Acquisition Manager to help us bring new apartments into our portfolio.
What you’ll do:
Find and contact property owners interested in short-term rentals
Meet with them, present our services, and convince them to join Like Home
Follow up until the apartment goes live on Airbnb or Booking.com
Work closely with our photo, cleaning, and pricing teams
Track your leads and results every week
What we’re looking for:
Based in Athens, ready to move around the city
Fluent in Greek and English
Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with a “fixed salary + per-deal bonus” model
Driver’s license or scooter/car access is a plus
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality
A personal network of property owners in Athens
Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools
Compensation:
Fixed base salary + attractive bonus for every property you bring to the point of hosting its first guest
